AMS Quick Cold Lamination and Mounting System
Our Quick Cold Lamination and Mounting Machines can be used to apply cold laminates and mounting films to adhere and seal prints to boards. These machines can also be used with our Glue Roller Machines as pressure rollers for pressing and smoothing large prints after positioning on board.
This system requires no heat to apply films, laminates, application tapes, double-sided adhesives and vinyls. Just turn on machine to start process -- no preheating necessary. Two rollers made of non-stick silicone can be easily adjusted by two knobs to allow passage of material thickness up to 1/2 of an inch at a speed of 8 seconds per foot (7.5 feet per minute). The machine's large roller cores and heavy-duty motor create even pressure while material and board are rotated through creating a smooth seal. Machine roller widths are available in 3 sizes: 25 inches, 38 inches and 55 inches.
An automatic take-up reel is included to keep film's backing paper out of workspace. We also offer an additional footswitch for hands-free motor control, please contact our customer service department for a quote. Machines are available in 110V and 220V. |
