Flush Mount Hangers for Heavy Frames and Mirrors
AMS Flush Mount Hangers consist of two parts: One half (FM1) is attached to the wall with the security spring clip facing upward and the other half (FM2) is attached to the frame. Theses two pieces interlock when the frame is hung on the wall -- which insures a strong hold with security mechanism for heavy frames and mirrors.
Dimensions of hanger: 1.7 x 1.6” (42.3mm x 40mm).
FM2 can be used both on the frame and on the wall when the security mechanism is not required.
Recommended screw for wall: #10 x 1” (AMS #F1209) with AMS #555-3A wall anchors.
Recommended screw for frame: #6 x 5/8” or 1/2” with countersunk head (AMS #F1418 or #F1417)

This Hanging Hardware Bar System, made of extruded aluminum, is designed to hang art, mirrors, cabinets and other heavy objects. Two bars are needed per frame: One for the wall and one for the frame. Height dimension for all bars listed here is 1-1/16” (2.7cm).
How to Use:
- Attach one bar along the TOP of the picture frame. The bar is pre-drilled every 4”. Recommended screw for attaching first bar onto frame: size AMS# F1215.
- Determine placement on the wall using a level to ensure the frame will hang correctly. Use wall anchors to secure the second bar with screws onto the wall. Recommended screw AMS # F1309 and anchor AMS # 555-3B.
