Our Terms and Conditions of Sale are Net 30 days from day of shipment upon approval by the AMS credit department. Shipment is FOB Art Materials Service, Inc., warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit. All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. All prices are subject to change without notice. A 2% service charge per month will be applied to all balances over 30 days. Any costs sustained by Art Materials Service, Inc., in collecting delinquent accounts will become part of the total amount owed to Art Materials Service, Inc. Our liability shall be limited solely to the replacement or repair of defective material not meeting our specifications.
